(Re)discover your town this Spring

It’s a mixed bag of events this weekend (much like the weather!)

One of the things I love about Spring is the reopening of Dunfermline’s iconic visitor attractions for the season. These holidays are the perfect time to (re) discover the incredible history of our town.

To help you, the HQ Explorer Past-Port is back and full of fun family activities. For Spring 2022 the theme is Famous Faces and all the activities centre around well-known characters linked to Dunfermline. Pick up a PAST-PORT at the Andrew Carnegie Birthplace MuseumDunfermline Abbey Church and Nave and the Dunfermline Carnegie Library & Galleries

Fife Farmers Market comes to Dalgety Bay for the first time tomorrow. Open from 09h00 to 14h00 with a fantastic range of traders showcasing their goodies!

Keen on bees? Find out more about the community beekeepers at the Community Beekeeping Session at EATSRosyth Centenary Orchard on Sunday.

It’s going to be a full day of racing at Knockhill Racing Circuit. The Scottish Motor Racing Club brings a packed timetable of qualifying and racing, including a visit from the national Formula Ford Championship.

And, to celebrate National Unicorn Day tomorrow Culross Palace is offering free access! All you have to do is bring along your own unicorn. Their unicorn specialist guide will be hosting a special unicorn themed town tour on the day.

Have a great weekend.
